How to contact your VLO
When you need to reach out to your Virtual Legal Officer, there are two primary methods of communication available:
Use the chat feature in your Legal Nodes account: This is the quickest way to send messages and questions to your VLO. VLOs have a response time of 24 hours, so if you don’t hear back from your VLO quickly, please allow 24 hours for them to reply.
Schedule a call: If you need a more in-depth discussion, you can set up a call with your VLO through the platform.
It's important to note that all communication with your VLO must remain on the Legal Nodes platform or via approved channels. For your security and to maintain proper records, please do not attempt to contact VLOs via email or any other external method.
