To log in, go to portal.legaleriste.com, enter your email and password, and click Continue. If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? on the same page.
Log in
Go to portal.legaleriste.com. It works on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
In Email, type the email of your account.
In Password, type your password.
Tick Remember me to stay logged in on this device, even after you close your browser. On a shared computer, leave it unticked.
Click Continue. The portal opens in the Studio. If you clicked a link to a specific page, that page opens instead.
If you see "Email or password incorrect. Check them and try again.", check the spelling of your email and that Caps Lock is off. Still stuck? Reset your password (below).
If you forgot your password
On the login page, click Forgot your password?
Type the email of your account.
Click RESET PASSWORD.
When you see "New password has been created successfully!", check your inbox, and your spam folder. We email you a link to choose a new password: click it, then choose your new password.
If you see "Email not found!", this email isn't the one on your account. Try another email address you use, or write to team@legaleriste.com.
Change your password while logged in
Click the person icon at the top right, then Account Details.
Click Private information.
On the Password line, click Change.
Fill in Current password, New password and New password again.
Click Save. The line now says "Password changed".
To change the email you log in with, write to team@legaleriste.com or use the chat bubble at the bottom right of the portal. It can't be changed in the portal.
The welcome tour
The first time you log in, a card says "Welcome to your new portal". It offers a tour of about 3 minutes: we make one piece together, from the Studio to your bag.
Click Start the tour, or Skip the tour if you don't want it now.
At each step, do what the card says on the page, or click Next. Back returns to the previous step.
Click Done at the end.
The tour never orders or charges anything. But if you click Save idea during the tour, a real idea is saved in your products, and Add to bag puts the piece in your real bag. You can remove it from your bag afterwards.
If you close the tour with ×, it is paused. On your next visit, it asks "Continue the tour?".
After Skip the tour or Done, it isn't shown again in this browser.
To see the tour again: click the person icon, then Show the tour again.
Good to know
The tour is remembered per browser. On a new computer or another browser, it starts again.
The EN/FR switch is on the login page too. Your choice is kept in this browser.
No account yet? There is no sign-up form in the portal. Start in our Studio at legaleriste.info/welcome (the link is under "New to Le Galeriste?" on the login page).
You ordered on our Studio website but never chose a password? Use Forgot your password? with the email you used in the Studio.
