D6 Follow your order: statuses and tracking

Where to find your orders, what each status means, and how to see production progress and the ship week.

Written by Elise

All your orders are on the ORDERS page, in the menu at the top. Each order shows its status, and Details opens a page where you follow its production and see when it ships.

Open your orders

  1. In the menu at the top, click ORDERS.

  2. Choose a tab. Each one shows how many orders it holds:

    • Wholesale: the orders you place in the portal.

    • Studio: orders you placed on the public Studio website with the same email.

    • Storefront sales: what your customers bought on your storefront.

    • Boutiques: orders placed by the boutiques you work with (only if you have some).

    • Touch-ups: your touch-up requests, with Download once the new file is ready.

  3. Each row shows the order number, the date it was paid (or Not paid yet), who it ships to, its status and the amount. Orders show 10 per page.

Your ship week

Your order has a ship week, from a Friday to the following Thursday: the week it is planned to leave our atelier in Montréal. It is not the delivery date. Delivery then depends on the shipping option you chose (see E1). Your ship week is shown at checkout (Estimated ship date) and on your order. How it's calculated: see E3.

Tracking your parcel

When your order ships, we email you its tracking number.

Good to know

  • Below the tabs, Order again shows your most produced pieces, with Add to bag on each.

  • The tiles above the list (Last 12 months, Lifetime, Retail value) sum up your orders.

  • There is no search or filter on this page: use the tabs and pages.
