C5 Why is a piece marked unavailable?

What UNAVAILABLE means on a piece, and what you can do while it lasts.

Written by Elise

When a piece shows UNAVAILABLE instead of Add to bag, it can't be ordered for now. Most of the time, we are out of the fabric for that style.

What you'll see

  • On the PRODUCTS page, the bag button of the card reads UNAVAILABLE and can't be clicked.

  • On the piece's page, the Add to bag button is replaced by UNAVAILABLE.

The status usually applies to the whole style, so your other designs of the same style show it too.

Why it happens

  • The fabric is out of stock. The piece becomes available again when we receive fabric.

  • The style is being reviewed or retired. In that case it can stay unavailable for a long time, or for good.

What you can do

  1. Keep the piece. You don't need to delete it: your design stays in your catalogue and comes back to normal on its own when the style is available again.

  2. Put the same art on another style. On the piece's page, click Design another piece with this art, choose another silhouette in the Studio, then click Save idea or Save and add to bag.

  3. Ask us. To know when a style comes back, write to us with the Feedback tab on the right side of every page, the chat bubble at the bottom right of the portal, or at team@legaleriste.com. Give the SKU of the piece.

Good to know

  • We no longer keep a list of unavailable styles in the help center: the button in your portal is always up to date.

  • An unavailable piece can still be renamed, added to a collection or downloaded as a picture.
