Promo codes can be given for multiple reasons. Before adding a code to an order, you need to make sure it is valid for that particular order.
Le Galeriste has promo codes intended for three purposes: wholesale orders, Retail orders (storefront, transactional website), and touchup orders.
Wholesale order:
Go to your Open Order
At the bottom of the order, click on "Add promo code", a line will appear
Write or Copy/Paste the code given to you
Click on "Apply"
You will see the discount being applied just below. The amount will change depending on your cart if you change something.
Click to Add Coupon
Enter Coupon and Click Apply
Make sure a "Discount" line appears & confirm the coupon has been applied
