Managing and tracking your orders just got a whole lot easier! Learn how to view your order's progress, how to cancel and report a defect

Get ready to enjoy ease and efficiency in managing your orders (both Wholesale & Retail) thanks to these 3 user-friendly tools.

Find all these tools under the "Orders" section of your Portal by clicking on the Order # you're looking for, or via your order confirmation email.

  • Order Processing :

    Follow the step by step processing of your order in real time! See where your products are as they move through production as well as their expected ship date.

  • Cancel Order :

    You’ll now have up to 1 hour to cancel your order upon placing it.

    Thanks to this new feature, you’ll no longer need to write to our Customer Care team and wait for their reply if you realize something was missing or if you made a mistake placing your order.

    • Note that from now on, this will be the only way to cancel an order. This will greatly help us honor and optimize our cherished production team’s time and resources while allowing you (and your customer) an efficient solution in one easy click.

  • Report Defect :

    Although every single product goes through thorough Quality Control before leaving Le Galeriste, imperfections still happen at times. If you notice a defect or a discrepancy in sizing with one of your products, you’ll need to simply submit a “Report Defect Request” through the new “Report Defect” option available on the Order View platform.

    • ALL defect reports will now be managed through this practical new feature, allowing you to submit photos and select the “type of defect”.

    • Note that if your product contains a defect, we’ll gladly replace it and send it your way at no extra cost. If, however, producing the item anew doesn’t allow for a better version of it, we’ll credit you.
