This article explains how to download contract files and in-house templates that have been uploaded to LegalOn.
Steps to download a file
You can download files from either the File detail page or the File editor.
1. Open the List view
Go to either:
[Contracts]
[My templates]
2. Click on the file
Select the file you want to download.
3. Open the File detail or Editor page
On the File detail page, click the [Download] button in the top-right corner.
On the File editor page, click [… ] → [Download this file].
💡 If you are licensed for the Review module, click [Review] to access the editor.
Otherwise, click [Edit] to open the file in the editing page.

If you want to download a PDF file (.pdf) in Word format (.docx):
Open the File detail page.
Click [Convert to Word].
Then click [Download].
