This article explains how to upload contracts and templates in LegalOn.

Make sure your file meets the conditions outlined in Supported file types for uploading to LegalOn
*1 Users without an assigned role can also use this feature.
*2 You need permission to access the location where you upload the file.
Steps to Upload a Contract (including signed contracts)
You can upload from the [Signed] tab.
1. Go to [Files] or [Vault]. You can upload signed contracts from the [Signed] tab.
2. Click [+ Upload].
3. [If you have Contract Management] Select the contract type.
4. Select status.
Note: If [Executed contracts] is selected in step 3, the status will automatically be set to [Executed].
5. Select your file(s) and the destination workspace. Only workspaces where you have Contributor or higher access will be shown.
6. Click upload.
Steps to Upload a Template
Click [+ Upload].
Select your file(s) and choose a destination workspace. Only workspaces where you have Contributor, Editor, or Administrator access will be shown.
Click upload.

If your upload does not appear after some time, the upload may have failed.

To change the file type or status of a file marked as Executed, duplicate the file and make changes to the copy.
The original executed contract document will be deleted and saved in the executed contracts deletion history. For details, see Change File Type or Status of Executed Contracts.

You can also upload files by dragging and dropping them.
Your last selection (Executed contracts / Pre-execution contracts) will be saved and used the next time you upload.
