[New] Restrictions while file analysis is in progress - OLD

This article explains the features of the new LegalOn. For information on the current version’s product features, please refer to this page.

After a file is uploaded to LegalOn, it undergoes automatic analysis. During this processing period, certain features will be temporarily unavailable.


Features unavailable during file analysis

Until the analysis is complete, the following functions cannot be used:

  • Search for clauses

  • Online editor

  • Contract review

  • File comparison

  • Translation

  • File preview

⏳ Please wait until processing completes. The system will automatically update the file status when ready.

⚠️ Notes

If you edit contract metadata (such as party names, contract type, etc.) during file analysis, some values may not be properly saved or reflected.

Time required for file analysis

  • File processing is done in the order files are uploaded.

  • If multiple files are uploaded at once, analysis may take longer.

  • If file analysis is still incomplete by the next business day, there may be a system issue. Please contact our support team.

If “Analysis Failed” is displayed

If the file shows an "Analysis failed" message:

  1. Click [Reload] to attempt reprocessing.

  2. If the issue persists after reloading, contact our support team for assistance.
