How to Edit File Information for Uploaded Contracts and My Templates

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Accurately registering contract file information allows you to more easily search and organize documents in LegalOn.

Adding a status to uploaded contracts also helps with version management.

Edit File Status or File Name

  1. Click the […] icon next to a file version

  2. Select the edit option for either file name or status

  • [Basic Information]
You can edit the basic information of a contract. This information applies only to each specific file.
