The Upload Failure History page in LegalOn allows you to view a list of files that failed to upload.


What you can view in the Upload failure history

Each entry displays the following information:

  • Upload date and time

  • File name

  • Uploaded by (User)

  • Failure reason

How to retry uploading

If a file failed to upload:

  1. First, confirm the file meets all conditions outlined in [Supported File Types for Upload].

  2. Then, retry the upload using the appropriate method:

    • [Upload Files]

    • [Upload Finalized Contracts]

⚠️ You cannot retry the upload directly from the Upload failure history page.

⚠️ Notes

  • Upload failure records cannot be deleted.

  • Filtering or sorting the list is not supported.

How to view Upload failure history

  1. Open the [Upload failure history] page from the LegalOn menu.

  2. Review the list of failed uploads, including the reason for each failure.

Common failure reasons

Error message

Description

Potential virus detected

The file was blocked due to a detected security threat.

Unsupported file format

The file type is invalid or the extension does not match the file content. e.g., changing a .doc file's extension to .docx manually.
