This article explains how to upload contract files and my templates to LegalOn.
File requirements
Make sure your file meets the conditions outlined in:

Steps to upload a Contract or In-house template
You can upload from either the [Contracts] list or the [My templates] list.
1. Open the appropriate list view:
Contracts if you're uploading actual agreement files
My templates if you're uploading standard company templates
2. Upload your files or folders using one of the methods below:
Option A: Drag and drop
Simply drag files or folders into the list view area.
If you’ve already opened a specific workspace, the upload begins immediately without further selection.
Option B: Use the upload button
Click [Upload contract] or [Upload template]
Select your file(s) and the destination workspace
Only workspaces where you have Contributor or higher access will be shown.
Confirm upload.
Once uploaded successfully, the files will appear in the list view.
🔄 If the files do not appear immediately, try refreshing the page.
⚠️ Notes
If your upload does not appear after some time, the upload may have failed.
