What Is a Playbook?
A Playbook in LegalOn is a feature that lets your organization register custom review criteria (called Playbook alerts) to detect contract risks based on your company’s unique policies.
Key Purpose:
Many companies struggle with inconsistent contract review standards, as guidelines and know-how often depend on individual reviewers. The Playbook solves this by helping your team:
✅ Apply consistent review standards
✅ Transfer expert knowledge to less experienced reviewers
✅ Strengthen your overall contract risk management
Note: The AI-based Review covers general risk items. The Playbook complements these with company-specific requirements.
⚠️ Notes
Review results are for reference only. Always make final decisions using your judgment and consult a lawyer for any legal interpretations.
