[New] How to review using My Playbooks and view the results

This article explains the features of the new LegalOn. For information on the current version’s product features, please refer to this page.

This article describes how to use your playbook and review the results.


File requirements

  • Format: Word files (.docx)

  • Max file size: Around 10 MB

  • PDF files (.pdf) must be converted to Word (.docx) in LegalOn.
    For details, see: [Convert PDF Files to Word Files]


How to run a Playbook review

  1. Open the [Contracts] list, click the file you want to review, and click [Review] in the top right.

  2. Check [My Playbooks] and select the Playbook(s) you want to run, then click [Start review].

→ The Playbook review results will appear on the right side of the contract screen.

💡 Info

You can run LegalOn Alerts and multiple My Playbook Alerts at the same time.

Troubleshooting

If an alert seems inaccurate, review the content of your Playbook Alerts.

How to read Playbook review results

a: Review settings

Click to rerun checks with different Playbooks or change contract type/party settings.

b: Filter

Filter which alerts to display:

  • All

  • My Playbook Alerts

  • LegalOn Alerts

c: Download

Download My Playbook Alerts (Excel) and LegalOn Alerts results separately. You cannot download both in a single file.

d: Importance

Filter alerts by importance level.

e: Playbook name / LegalOn Alerts

Shows the Playbook name or LegalOn Alerts you ran.

f: Risk alerts

Click a Playbook Alert to highlight the relevant section in the contract text.

Click [Show details] to see the full Playbook Alert content.

Click [AI Revise] to automatically insert an AI-generated revision proposal.
