This article explains how to change the storage location (workspace/folder) of an uploaded signed contract.
Requirements

Eligible Users: All users within a contracted tenant
Access Rights:
Administrator
Editor
Contributor (*)
(*) Users with Contributor permissions can only change the storage location of files they uploaded. Note that the storage location can only be changed from the file detail page. Bulk changes from the Signed contracts list screen are not supported.
Change Storage Location in Bulk from the Signed Contracts List
1. Go to [Vault] and click the [Signed] tab.
2. Select the signed contracts you want to move, then click [Move location].
3. Select the destination workspace or folder, then click [Move].

This option is available only to users with Administrator or Editor permissions.
Move Location from the File Detail Page
1. Go to [Vault] and click the [Signed] tab.
2. Open the file detail page for the signed contract you want to download.
3. Click the [Contract information] tab on the right side of the screen.
A menu will appear when you hover over the right-hand area.
4. On the [Attributes] tab, click [Edit] next to [Location].
5. Select the desired storage location from the dropdown list, then click [Move].
