When downloading executed contracts, you may encounter errors that prevent the process from completing successfully.
Identify which scenario applies to your situation and follow the corresponding troubleshooting steps:
Error displayed in LegalOn during export
If an error occurs during export, an error message will appear.
“Failed to start export. Export permission required.”
You may not have sufficient permissions to perform the export. Confirm that:
You have been granted a Contract Management license, and
You have access permission for the files you are trying to export.
“Failed to start export. The data to be exported has been deleted.”
The file you are trying to export may have been deleted. Please refresh the list screen and export again.
“Failed to start export. Try again later.”
A temporary network issue may have occurred. Wait a few minutes, then try exporting again by following the steps in [Download a list of executed contracts].
“Failed to start export. Contact support if the issue persists.”

If the issue persists, contact the support team.
Failure notification received via email (“Failed to export executed contract list data”)
If you receive one of the following automated emails, forward it to the LegalOn support team.

Download failure after the export process completes
If an error message appears in LegalOn when you try to download the file using the link in the automated export completion email, check the message displayed.
“The URL has expired or you do not have permission.”
The URL included in the export completion email may have expired.
(*) The download link is valid for 7 days from the time the export is completed.
Perform the export again by following the steps in [Download a list of executed contracts].
“Download failed.”
A temporary network issue may have occurred. Click [Retry] and try downloading again. If the issue persists, contact the support team.
