[New] How to change the timing of deadline notifications

This article explains how to change the notification timing for contract deadlines.


Requirements

  • Module: Contract Management

  • Eligible users: All users in a contracted tenant

  • Administrator role: Service admin


Change the notification timing

1. Go to [Admin settings] [Contract Management][Deadline notification]

2. From the dropdown lists [For all users with viewing permissions] or [For the contract assignee], select the desired notification timing, then click [Save]

Once the settings are saved, the message "Deadline notification timing has been updated" will appear at the bottom of the screen.

💡 Info:

  • For notifications to all users with viewing permissions, you can select any timing between 1 and 12 months before the deadline (in one-month intervals).

  • For notifications to contract assignees, you can select any timing between 10 and 360 days before the deadline (in 10-day intervals).

  • The change applies to the entire tenant.

Change notification timing for individual contracts

If you are assigned as the Contract Manager, you can set the notification timing separately for each contract.
