[New] Update settings for your e-signature integration

This article explains how to update integration settings for e-signature services in LegalOn.


Requirements

  • Module: Contract Management

  • Eligible users: All users in a contracted tenant

  • Administrator role: Module administrator


Change Setting Name or Destination

  1. Go to [Admin settings], then click [Contract Management]. In the [E-signature integration] screen, click [...] → [Edit].

  2. Edit the import setting name or destination, then click [Save].


Change Integration User

  1. Reissue the credentials required for integration from the e-signature service:

    • DocuSign: [Set a default account] (DocuSign support)

  2. In LegalOn, delete the existing integration setting.

    • For details, see [Delete E-signature Integration Settings].

  3. Reconfigure the integration with the new user:

    • [Integrate with DocuSign]
