How to Manage Vault Projects Results

This article explains how to add, edit, or delete analysis fields within your Vault Projects results (views).

Renaming an analysis result (view)

1. Open your view (see How to Review Vault Projects Results for steps).

2. Click the [Edit Name] icon to the right of [{View Name} ∨].

3. Edit the name of the view, then click [Save].

The name of the currently displayed view will be updated.

Changing criteria and re-running an analysis

You can add or edit analysis fields in an existing view and re-run the analysis with your updated criteria using one of the following methods.

  • Adding analysis fields and re-running the analysis

  • Editing analysis fields and re-running the analysis

Add new analysis fields to re-run your analysis.

1. Open your view (see How to Review Vault Projects Results for steps) and click [+ Add Analysis field].

2. In the field, type the fields you want to extract or the risks you want to check, then click [Generate fields].

3. Edit the fields as necessary, then click [Add].

1. Open your view (see How to Review Vault Projects Results for steps) and click the [Edit field] icon to the right of the field name.

2. Edit the field and click [Save].

Your files will be automatically re-analyzed based on your updated fields.

💡Info:

You cannot add files to an existing view to re-run an analysis. To add more files, modify your files or filtering criteria and create a new view by following the steps in How to Run Vault Projects.

Deleting a field

1. Open your view (see How to Review Vault Projects Results for steps) and click [...] → [Delete] to the right of the field name.

2. Review the confirmation message and click [Delete].

The field will be deleted.

⚠️Note:

  • Deleted fields cannot be recovered.

  • Deleting a field permanently deletes all analysis results in that column.

  • You cannot delete an entire view.

Customizing columns

Showing or hiding fields

You can add the following fields from the [Vault Repository] list as columns to your view.

  • Document type

  • Date added

  • Location

  • Added by

  • Counterparty

  • Assignee

  • Expiration date

  • Signing date

  • Effective date

  • Auto-renewal

  • Internal party

  • Non-renewal notice deadline

  • ID

  • Contract type & position

  • Document stage

  • Contract status

  • Transaction amount

  • Language

  • Notes

To add them, click [...] → [Manage columns] to the right of the field name. For detailed steps, see step 3 in "How to Sort or Show and Hide Columns in the Contract List — Show and hide."
