Why Legiit Requested ID Verification

As part of our ongoing effort to ensure a safe and transparent platform and community here at Legiit we have partnered with industry leader in secure identification, Sumsub.

If you’ve received an ID verification request from our QA or Fraud Prevention team, it means your account has triggered one of our security checks and requires additional verification.

The process is quick (typically under 5 minutes), fully secure, and plays an important role in helping us maintain a trusted environment for all community members on Legiit.

You will be unable to access certain account features (such as selling and buying) until the verification process is complete.

Once your verification is submitted through Sumsub, please allow up to 7 days for our team to complete a manual review and finalize the outcome.

If you’re unable to complete the requested verification or respond to follow up questions from our team, your order may be cancelled and refunded 24 hours after the request was issued.

We appreciate your cooperation throughout this process, as it helps us protect our customers, freelancers, and the integrity of the platform.
