How to Start Multiple Quantity Orders on Legiit

Learn how to place multiple quantity orders on Legiit, including how to select the quantity and start an order with more than one unit of the same service.

As a customer on Legiit, you can increase the order quantity before checkout.

This helps when you need multiple versions, multiple placements, or more work from the same freelancer without creating separate orders each time.

Instead of placing separate orders one by one, you can select the quantity you need and place the order together.


Here's How

After facing the "Thank You For Your Purchase" popup, you will be routed to the page where you can submit your requirements.

You can also start your order later by going to the "My Purchases" page

From there, you will be able to choose the quantity you want to start now, while keeping the remaining quantity pending as Incomplete.

Add-ons for Multiple Quantity Orders

If you purchased any add-ons with your multiple quantity order, you will also see a section where you can apply those add-ons. (pictured below)

You can choose to apply the add-on right away, or leave it pending and apply it to a MQ order later.


FAQs

1. Can I submit different requirements for each quantity?


Yes. When starting your order, make sure to clearly explain what is needed for each quantity. For example, if you ordered 3 graphics, include the details for Graphic 1, Graphic 2, and Graphic 3 separately.

2. Does the delivery time change when I order multiple quantities?


The delivery time may depend on the service and the amount of work required. If you are ordering a larger quantity, it is best to check the service details or message the freelancer first to confirm the expected delivery time.

3. Can I order multiple quantities for different services at once?


No. Multiple quantity orders apply to the same service you are purchasing. If you want to order different services, you will need to place separate orders for each service.

4. Can I change the quantity after I complete checkout?


Once your purchase is completed, the quantity may not be editable from checkout. If you ordered the wrong quantity, contact Legiit Customer Success Team for help reviewing the order.

5. Will my pending quantities expire?


Pending quantities should remain available in your account until you start them. You can check your incomplete orders from the My Purchases page.
