đ Reviews play a very important role at Leland, both for building customer trust and your own coaching business. Profile reviews help prospective clients get a better idea of what itâs like to work with you and establish credibility early on. Theyâll expedite a more productive intro call experience and better overall coach-client relationship.
Vouches
Before going live on Leland â and in your first two weeks live on the platform â you can collect vouches from past mentees, colleagues, and clients by sending them your vouch link.

Once you go live on Leland, all vouches show up as reviews on your profile.
Collecting Reviews
After youâve been live on Leland for 2 weeks, you can only get reviews added to your profile from past and current Leland clients as this helps us ensure the credibility of reviewers.
After you have finished coaching a client, you can request a review from them in one of two ways.
Send your review link, which you can find in the âReviewsâ tab of your coach account.
Request a review from a specific client (theyâll receive an email from Leland). In the Reviews tab, navigate to âHavenât reviewed yetâ and click the âRequest a reviewâ button next to the clientâs name.
We also request reviews immediately after you have had a paid coaching session (there will be a pop inviting the client to leave you a review). Our goal is to help you get as many reviews as possible â they make all the difference when a client is considering working with you!
Removing or Editing Reviews
If youâd like to have a review edited or removed, you can ask you client to edit or remove the review.
If there is an issue with a review that the client cannot resolve on their end, please submit a support ticket.
â Received a rating that wasnât 5 stars? Donât stress! A few negative reviews can actually make your business seem more trustworthyâpeople tend to be skeptical of a perfect 5-star rating. Honest feedback shows transparency and helps potential customers make more informed decisions.
