Session Summaries & Recordings

How to manage and access session summaries and recordings.

Leland offers coaches and clients two options for post-session review:

  1. Session recordings

    1. If you (when using the Leland video platform) press "record session", both you and the client will be able to access the recording afterwards. Please confirm with the client before recording a session.

  2. Session summaries

    1. If you and the client have opted into this feature, we will transcribe and then use AI to summarize all of your one-on-one coaching sessions.

If you've both opted in to session summaries, following the session, the customer will receive an email with a summary of the meeting. Coaches can view summaries by navigating to the Inbox or Calendar pages and looking at the right panel under Past Sessions.

Session summaries can be toggled On or Off in Account Settings.

What the customer sees
