Recommend an Offering

Clients look to you as the expert to know how to best use your services. Recommending an offering is a clear way of telling a potential client exactly how to get started with you, instead of leaving them to figure out scope and pricing on their own.

How it works:

  • After an intro call, click "Recommend Offering" in your inbox.

  • The offering is sent directly to the client, and appears as a one-click purchase, so there's no extra step between deciding to book and actually booking.

  • You should send a Recommended Offering to every potential client you talk to, with no exceptions. It's one of the most effective things you can do to move a conversation toward a booking.

Watch a walk through here.

Add a discount code and expiry date.

Alongside your recommendation, you can attach a discount code and set an expiry date by which the client needs to purchase. Providing both helps leads get over the line faster: the discount lowers the friction to say yes, and the expiry date gives them a real reason to decide now instead of putting it off.

Use this intentionally rather than automatically. A discount should feel like it's reducing friction, not replacing the value of what you offer.

Don't stop at your most recent calls. Follow up.

If you haven't been sending Recommended Offerings consistently, it's worth going back through the last couple months of your inbox and sending one to anyone who hasn't received one yet. Any of those conversations could still convert with the right nudge.

Getting started:

Recommended Offerings live in your inbox, attached to each conversation you've had with a potential client.
