Wanting to attract more clients? Profile Optimization is an important lever for intro call traction. Use this checklist to grade your profile and level-up!

Section 1: First Impression

  • Do you have a strong, professional headshot? [1 Point]

  • Does your headline highlight your successes, expertise, and notable companies or schools you've worked with? [3 points]

  • Have you added categories for each area you want to coach in, ranked by your level of expertise? [2 Points]

  • Do you have a profile introduction video (30 sec–2 min) that covers your background, coaching style, client success stories, and a call to action? [1 Point]

Section 2: Bio & Outcomes

  • Does your bio share your personal story, coaching approach, and what makes you different? [2 Points]

Section 3: Social Proof

  • Do you have 3–5 reviews that include specific client outcomes? [1 Point]

  • Do your reviews/vouches include logos or credentials to build trust? [1 Point]

Section 4: Packages & Pricing

  • Do you have a minimum of three custom packages per category? [1 Point]

  • Are your packages ordered correctly — comprehensive/end-to-end packages first? [1 Point]

  • Do you offer bulk pricing discounts? [1 Point]

Section 5: Logistics

  • Do you have at least 15 hours of availability week to week? [1 Point]

Determine Your Rank

  • Under 7: Your profile needs work before leads will convert consistently

  • 7–10: You're close! A few tweaks and you'll be ready to win

  • 11–13: Almost there — just one or two things to polish

  • 13: You're set up to attract and convert clients
