What happens if I miss a session or intro call?

Each missed session or intro call counts as a strike for 90 days. Three strikes pauses your profile.

If a client shows up to a booked session or intro call and you don't, that counts as a missed session (a strike). Strikes last for a rolling 90 days, and a third strike in that window pauses your profile.

How do strikes work?

  1. 1st strike: we email you a friendly heads-up with tips to avoid it happening again.

  2. 2nd strike: we email a final warning. The next missed session will pause your profile.

  3. 3rd strike: your profile is paused and won't appear to new clients.

How do I avoid a ghosting flag?

  • If you can't make a session, reschedule or cancel it on Leland before it starts, so the original booking is removed.

  • Keep every call with a Leland client on the platform. Calls held somewhere else can't be tracked and may show up as missed.

  • Make sure your calendar is synced so you don't get double booked.

I got a strike by mistake. What do I do?

Just reply to the warning email and tell us what happened, or submit a support ticket. If it was a technical issue on our end (for example a call room or calendar sync problem), we'll remove it.

My profile was paused. How do I get it back?

Submit a support ticket and our team will review it with you. You will need to request reactivation after being paused.
