What happens if I miss or cancel a session?
If a previously scheduled session is canceled or missed, the time reserved for that session will be automatically credited back to your account, allowing you to reschedule at your convenience.
Please note: some coaches have policies regarding last-minute cancellations or rescheduling and may reserve the right to dock time from your balance if sufficient notice is not provided.
How can I reschedule?
You can reschedule your session through your Leland dashboard, within the inbox messages with your coach, or directly through your coach's Leland profile.
