Set Organisation Details

Learn how to add information about the channel owning organisation and set brand images for use throughout Tama/CHNL

Once the organisation details and logos are set for a channel owner, these details and logos will flow through to alert notifications and info requests.

Organisation Details

To set the channel owner's organisation details:

  1. Navigate to Account

  2. Click on Profile

  3. Fill in the Organisation's details under 'Organisation details'

  4. Set a contact person for the channel owner in 'Contact info'

  5. Add Internal support contacts and details, if available

  6. 'Data access and security' houses controls for:

    1. Products and Serviceability as a Service (PASAAS); and

    2. Enforcing consent for first time Info Request users
