Tama functionality allows us to configure Alerts (emails) to be triggered by an action in a workflow. These alerts can be:

  • branded

  • content pre-configured, with placeholders

  • triggered by an action

  • sent to external participants (eg customers, brokers), or internal participants (members of your team)

In the AIP workflow, there are some standard alerts that can be configured:

  • Alerts to the Customer: Welcome, Pass and Fail Alert.

  • Alerts to internal staff: notifications of AIP submissions

Alerts to the Customer

  1. AIP Welcome

The AIP welcome is an email that is sent to the Applicant, as soon as the AIP that they are completing has their name and email address (ie they will not have finished the AIP).

The purpose of this Alert is to have the customer receive an email from your organisation, with details of how to return and complete the AIP if they leave without finishing. Depending on the content set by you, it might also include instructions of how to get in touch with your team, or what to expect next.

2. AIP Success

This alert is sent to the customer when they complete and submit their AIP to you, and the AIP serviceability is a PASS. Your team will know receive the AIP detail and also know that the customer is a serviceable opportunity, and you can set your email content to tell the customer what to expect next (eg conrgats, we’ll be in touch).

3. AIP Fail

This alert is sent to the customer when they complete and submit their AIP, and the AIP serviceability is a FAIL. Your team will receive the AIP detail and know that the customer does not appear to be a serviceable opportunity, and you can set your email content to tell the customer what to expect next (eg thank you for your interest, we’ll be in touch to discuss options)

Note that the serviceability on the AIP is currently a ‘standard’, one-lender serviceability (not across all lenders)

Alerts to Internal Staff

Currently, there are two alerts that can be sent to internal staff to notify them of AIP submissions

  1. Client Support - Receipt of a PASS AIP

This is designed to alert your sales staff that you have received an AIP from a customer, and the AIP looks like a serviceable opportunity. Your sales staff will then review the AIP in Tama and can trigger the relevant sales/nurture workflows.

2. Client Support - Receipt of a FAIL AIP

This is designed to alert your sales staff that you have received an AIP from a customer, and the AIP looks like it is not a serviceable opportunity. Your sales staff will then review the AIP in Tama and can trigger the relevant sales/nurture workflows.
