Received Apps is only visible to the Lender.

It shows all the applications that have been submitted by the broker and in turn received by the Lender. Below is a screenshot showing where this tab is located:

Once you click on it, you will automatically be directed to the 'In Progress' applications. This simply shows all the applications that been submitted by the broker and are ready for assessment.

'Complete' applications will display all the applications that the Lender has moved into this field for various reasons like:
 A) The Lender has finished assessing this deal and has given it a final                                  decision;
 B) The lender may want to leave applications with outstanding conditions/supporting docs in 'in Progress' and those with no missing information in 'Complete'.

When you locate an application that you would like to view, you can select the app from your received apps list, and then use the ribbon across the top to view or download the application data or supporting docs, and get information about the submitter.
