Navigate to the Invest section and click on ‘Deal Analyser’ under Property Sourcing.

Mortgage Details
3. Proceed with the Analysis:
Click the orange ‘Proceed to Buy-to-Let’ button
4. Review Metrics in Results tab:
Scroll down to view Short-Term and Long-Term Metrics
Adjust Long-Term Metrics to assess potential investment
5. Review Summary Tab:
By clicking any of the blue pencils on the top right of each content box you can easily edit information for your prospective property
