How to Use Deal Analyser for Flip Strategy
Navigate to the 'Invest' tab and click on ‘Deal Analyser’ under Property Sourcing.

Analysis Strategy: Flip
Purchase Price
Sale Value
Refurb Costs
Select financing
3. Proceed with the Analysis:
Click the orange ‘Proceed To Flip Analysis’
4. Review Flip Project Metrics in Results tab:
Scroll down to view Flip project Metrics
Adjust Project Length to view potential Profit, Return on Capital Deployed, Total Cash Investment, Property Appreciation, and Bridging Loan Costs
5. Review Summary Tab:
By clicking any of the blue pencils on the top right of each content box you can easily edit information for your prospective property

7. Review Comparables to see if you're getting the best deal:

8. Finalize Your Decision:
