How to View Auctions in Depth

  1. Navigate to the Invest section and click on ‘Auctions’ under Property Sourcing.

2. Click on an auction lot that interests you to view a more detailed description.

3. Once you’ve selected the property, review the description and additional details provided.

4. Scroll down to access the rental analysis and flip analysis sections.

5. Use the blue ‘Adjust’ button on the bottom left to modify any parameters as needed.

Expert tip: Click on the white bookmark to add Auction Lots to 'My Watchlist'
