How to Delete a Property or Mark it as Sold

  1. Click on the ‘Manage’ tab and select ‘My Portfolio’ under Data Management.

2. Click on the three blue dots on the right side of the property you want to mark.

3. Select the ‘Delete/Mark as Sold’ button.

4. Enter the Sale Price and Date of Sale then click the blue ‘Mark as Sold’ button.

Expert Tip: Once you have sold the property, you will find the financial details on your reports and cashflow pages by using the property filter to select the sold property.
