How to Increase Rent:
Click on the "Manage" tab and select "My Tenants" under the Tenants section.
2. Find the tenant you want to adjust and click the blue pencil on the right-hand side of their details.
3. Scroll down to ‘Tenancy Details’ and find the Rent Payment textbox.
4. Change the rent to the new rent and click the "Save" button.
