How to Upload to My Documents

  1. Go to the ‘Manage’ tab and click on ‘Documents’ under Data Management.

2. In the ‘My Documents’ section, you will see the four categories: Common Files, Properties, Ownerships, and Companies.

3. Click on the section relevant to your document type.

4. Within that section, click the light blue ‘Upload’ button located at the bottom right of the icon.

5. Select and upload the file from your device that corresponds to the file chosen.

Expert tip: Once you upload a file, click on the three dots on the bottom right to get a drop down menu. Here you will get the option to; preview, download, rename, replace, add/edit due date, delete due date, and remove the file you already uploaded.
