Payment Schedule

The Payment Schedule page helps you track and manage payment due dates, for rent, mortgage, and other property-related expenses.

How to Navigate the Payment Schedule Page

  1. Click on the ‘Manage’ tab and select ‘Payment Schedule’ under the Tenants section.

2. Inside, you will find details about your tenants, properties, and payment information, including:

  • expected payments

  • amounts paid

  • due dates

  • overdue payment

  • accumulated debt

3. Utilize the white buttons labeled ‘Calendar, All Tenants, All Ownerships, and All Payments’ to filter the page to your preference.

4. At the top of the page, you will see additional options, including ‘Add Payment, Bulk Payments, Linking Bank Account, Invite Tenant and Generate Report.

Expert Tip: Once your information has been entered into the payment schedule, you can view your totals on the Cash Flow page to monitor how your funds are being allocated and managed.
