How much does the premium plan cost?

Our platform is currently free to use.

Our business model is based on referrals and because of that, our intention is to keep the platform free to use. If the platform finds an opportunity for you, you will get a suggestion to work with our providers (in finance, insurance, etc.), it's your choice of course and we're not passing on any of your details without explicit permission.

There is a set of features that we offer in our premium plan:

Can I link multiple bank accounts?

Yes, you can link multiple bank accounts to your Lendlord account, making it easy to manage and track your finances from a single dashboard. With our premium plan, you can link an unlimited number of bank accounts to streamline transaction reconciliation.

Am I able to split rent between multiple tenants?

Yes, you can split rent between multiple tenants by creating two separate tenants and splitting the rent between them. Simply follow the 'Split a Transaction' article to learn how to divide the rent payment correctly between your two tenants.

Are multiple people able to use the account?

You can use the same account by sharing the login, or, you can invite the other party to use the same account as a team member.

Does Lendlord cover Scotland?

Currently, we do not have coverage of properties in Scotland.

Why are my transactions showing up twice?

Typically, duplicate bank transactions occur when the same bank account is linked twice. Please review your settings page under the integrations tab and delete any duplicates if necessary. If this is not the case, please inform the Lendlord Customer Service Team and we will investigate further.

Can I directly message a tenant?

You can message a tenant directly through the app to send a rent reminder. However, please note that at this time, this is the only type of message you’re able to send through the platform. It’s a simple and effective way to stay on top of rental payments, but additional messaging features may be limited for now.

Are tenants able to upload documents?

At this time, tenants are unable to upload documents to Lendlord. Currently, the landlord is the only user who is able to upload and share documents with tenants. It will be an available feature in the near future.

What are Lendlords bridging finance fees?

Fees include:

  • Valuation Fee

  • Lender Estimated Legal Fees

  • Lender Administration Fee

  • Exit Fee

  • Packager and Broker Fees

Are there any videos to show me how to use Lendlord?

Yes! We have several video tutorials on the website that guide you through the page you are on. In addition, we have a myriad of webinars on our youtube channel to help you become a pro and get extra property management tips and tricks.

Is Lendlord for business use only or can it accommodate private property as well?

Lendlord is designed to accommodate both business and private property use. Whether you're managing a portfolio of rental properties for a business or handling personal rental properties, Lendlord offers the flexibility to track income, expenses, tenant details and more for both scenarios. You can easily switch between business and private property management within the same profile, making it an ideal tool for landlords with diverse needs.

Where do I add my expenses and income?

You can add expenses and income directly from your transactions page. You have the option to enter transactions manually, or you can link your bank account to have the platform automatically retrieve and import the data for you.

Are the numbers I get from estimates accurate?

While the estimates are approximations, they are based on real, up to date data. We work with a third party company called Property Data, which has live information that they work with as a fact provider to give you the most accurate and up to date numbers.

Does Lendlord provide finance solutions?

Yes, you can navigate to our finance section and fill out either a bridging application or a mortgage loan application depending on the financing that best suits your needs.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply go to the ‘Account Information’ page in settings and click on the ‘Manage Billing’ button.
