How to Use the Manual Transactions Page:
Click on the Manage tab and select Manual Transactions under the Accounting section.
Here, you can view any manually entered transactions that are not associated with a bank account.
To add a transaction, click the Add Transaction button on the top right of the page.
Enter the description, type, amount, date, category, transaction assignment, notes, and additional attachments, then click the Save button.
To import a CSV file of your transactions, click the Import button on the top right of the page.
Once Upload Portfolio CSV is selected, a pop-up will appear with an option to upload a CSV File. Make sure your file follows the instructions and click the Browse Files button. Select the file from your computer.
Once the file is uploaded, map your fields correctly so a green check mark appears next to the box, and click the Continue button.
Review your data and click the Confirm button.
Now you’ll be able to see all of your transactions in your manual feed.
Use the Review tab to view all transactions that still need to be assigned to a category.
Use the Reconciled tab to view all transactions that have been assigned to a category.
Use the Deleted tab to view all transactions that have been deleted.
Pro Tip: To delete all of your transactions at once, simply check off the transactions you want to delete and select the trash icon in the top right corner above the transactions.
