Use Publicly Shared Activities with Your Students

View, copy, edit, and assign online activities that have been created by teachers just like you.

The Public Activities Bank contains activities that have been created and shared by other DSC members. To quickly sort through the Activities, filter by grade and subject. Preview any activity. Make a copy of any Publicly Shared Activity, and then assign the Activity to your students. You may also customize any Publicly Shared Activity to meet the needs of your students.

  1. Click on Public Activities from left menu.

  2. Click on the Filters button to filter Activities by Grade and Subject.

  3. Click on the underlined title of the desired Activity.

  4. Click the blue Preview button. The activity will open in a new tab. This will be the students view of the activity.

  5. If you would like access to this Activity, click the green Copy For My Use button. Your copy of this activity will now appear in My Activities. You may make edits to your copy of this Activity, share this Activity with colleagues, and assign this Activity to your students.

  6. Click on My Activities from the left menu.

  7. Click on the underlined title of the desired Activity. The title will include the Copy date.

  8. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to assign the Activity to students.

  9. Reorder or Add Student Actions to the Activity by clicking on the buttons located at the top and bottom of the Answer Key.
