1. Click on Reports from the left side menu.
2. Select the appropriate reporting button for the selected activity - My Activities, School Activities, or District Activities.
3. Click the report icon at the teacher or class level.
4. Select the Actions Analysis report option and click the Run Report button.
There are two available views for this report: Actions and Responses.
5. The Actions view allows teachers to:
Determine which actions need to be examined further based on overall student performance.
View the overall percent correct, partially correct, or incorrect for each action within a learning activity.
View comparative data for each action at the district, school, and class level for actions within a learning activity.
6. The Responses view allows teachers to:
View individual student responses for each action.
Sort student responses to create instructional groups for additional support.
Review distractors to determine which need further evaluation.
7. Click the black arrows next to the Action at the top of each column to sort student responses.
8. The Open in Tab button allows for a full screen view of the report. Reports can be printed by using the computer browser within this view.
9. The Preview button displays the student's view of the activity.
10. The Filter button allows you to filter by demographic, gender, or designation if this information has been marked in the student profiles.
11. Click on the underlined action for a detailed view of the item.
12. Click on the underlined student total to view a list of students that selected each response.
