District and School Connect Actions Analysis Report for Administrators

This report provides comparative data for each action within an activity by displaying the number of correct and incorrect responses.

1. Click on Reports from the left side menu.

2. Select the appropriate reporting button for the selected activity - School Activities or District Activities.

3. Click the report icon at the district, school, teacher, or class level.

NOTE: District and school level reporting are only available for district or school administrators.

4. Select the Actions Analysis Report option and click the Run Report button.

5. The report allows administrators to:

  • Determine which actions need to be examined further based on overall student performance.

  • View the overall percent correct, partially correct, or incorrect for each action within a learning activity.

  • View comparative data for each action at the district, school, and teacher level for actions within a learning activity.

6. The Open in Tab button allows for a full screen view of the report. Reports can be printed by using the computer browser within this view.

7. The Preview button displays the student's view of the activity.

8. The Filter button allows you to filter by demographic, gender, or designation if this information has been marked in the student profiles.

9. Click on the underlined action for a detailed view of the action.
