Add charts, graphs, videos, sound clips, images and more to any activity.

Do you want students to have access to additional resources while accessing their DSC activity? No problem! Simply upload a resource or URL address right to the activity. Uploaded files can include PDF documents, images, mp3, wav, mp4, ogg and mov files. Each added resource will be its own tab that students can access at anytime.

Adding Resource Tabs:

  1. Click on My School Activities.

  2. Click on the underlined title of the Activity.

  3. Scroll down the right panel and click on the Add Documents button.

A pop up will appear giving the option to upload a document or add an URL.

Upload a Document:

  1. Click on the Upload Document button.

  2. This will open the files saved on your computer. Select the PDF documents, images, mp3, wav, mp4, ogg and mov files you wish to upload. NOTE: For word documents you will need to convert these to PDF documents before uploading. Click here for directions on how to turn any word document into a PDF. Save Word Docs as a PDF

  3. Click the Close Add Document Menu when you are done.

Add a URL:

  1. Copy/paste the URL address into the text box.

  2. Click the Add URL button.

  3. Click the Close Add Document Menu button.

Managing Documents:

  1. Type the title of the document in the text box. Students will see this label on the tab.

  2. Click on the View Documents button to preview the document. This is how the document will appear to students.

  3. The tabs will be displayed in order from top to bottom. Click the Reorder button to move the documents to the desired position.

  4. Remove or Add Documents at any time.

Reminder: For word documents you will need to convert these to PDF documents before uploading. Click here for directions on how to turn any word document into a PDF. Save Word Docs as a PDF

Students Accessing Documents:

Students will be able to click on each document tab at anytime.
