What should I do if my deposit fails?

What do you need to do?
Before making a new attempt please clear the cookies and cache in your browser or if you use our App, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to the "Settings" section on your device, then open the list of all applications (Apps) where the "LEON" application is located.
2. Click the "Clear Data" button to clear cookies and cache.

Also please update the Google Chrome browser on your mobile device to its latest version.

If the error occurs again, please contact customer support and take a screenshot of the error.
