What should I do if the deposit has not been credited to my LEON account?

Made a deposit and the funds are not showing up in the account balance?

If you have made a deposit but it has not been credited to your account, please make sure that the funds have actually been debited from your personal account and that it is shown in the transaction history of your wallet or card.

If funds have been debited, please wait up to 3 hours; this is the standard processing time for your deposit to be credited.

The payment is displayed in the transaction history.

When you make a deposit, it is displayed in the Transaction history and has the status "Pending". This is absolutely normal and means that your transaction is being processed on the side of the payment system. You need to wait for the funds to be credited (if all data are specified correctly).

If you receive such a message it means that your deposit won't be credited to your LEON account, but will be returned to your card/wallet.

In a few minutes the information about the deposit will not be displayed in the transaction history, this is a technical feature. There is no cause for concern, it takes some time to complete the processing.

The funds did not arrive after several hours.

If after several hours the deposit is not displayed on the game account, you need to contact LEON customer support, uploading the payment receipt (preferably in pdf format) or a screenshot, where the debit will be displayed.

Also, to find your funds as soon as possible, you need to specify the details of the transfer:

  • The exact time of the transaction in UTC.

  • The amount of money deposited.

The most important thing is that there is no need to worry. You will definitely receive them either to your game account or they will be returned to your wallet/card balance.
