Once the account has been created, request your withdrawal.

We understand that you want to request your withdrawal directly to a bank account, but we regret to inform you that due to technical issues, withdrawals of this type may be temporary disabled. This does not mean that you cannot receive your funds to your bank account, you can do it from AstroPay and, below we will explain how you can request your withdrawal from AstroPay to your bank account. 😎
As soon as the funds from your gaming account reach AstroPay, you can request a withdrawal to your bank account by performing the following steps:
Select the "Send money" option in the "Home" section.
Then choose the option "To a bank account".
Choose the currency of your bank account and the amount you wish to transfer to that account.
Select the preferred method called "Bank Transfer".
If you already have your bank account saved in AstroPay, you only need to select it and complete the transfer. Otherwise, please click on the green button below to add your bank account and complete the transfer.
If you don't have any bank account saved, fill in all the fields shown on the screen and click on the "send" button and your money will be transferred to that bank account.
