How to update your payment method
If you need to update your card details (for example, if your card expires) you will need to add a new payment method with the updated card details, and then select it as the payment method to be used.
1. Click on your Tokens in the top left
2. Click “Manage Subscription”.
3. Click the "Update Payment Method" button.
4. Under PAYMENT METHOD, click “+ Add payment method”.
5. Enter your updated card details.
6. Select your new/updated card from the list.
How to delete your payment method
To delete a payment method, follow these steps below (note that you cannot delete the card being used as payment method for an active subscription).
1. Click on your Tokens in the top left.
2. Click “Manage Subscription”.
3. Click "Update Payment Method" button.
4. Under PAYMENT METHOD, click the 3 dots next to the payment method you want to delete, and then select “Delete” (note that it will not let you proceed if this card is being used for an active subscription).
