Leonardo.Ai uses Intercom to handle all support inquiries.
Head to the Leonardo.Ai home page and contact support by;
Clicking on the Intercom widget button at the bottom right corner of the page.
Click Ask a Question (A) or the Messages tab (B).
In this widget, select 'Ask a question' and you'll be able to send us a new message, file bug reports, feature requests or give us any feedback.
If our Support team is unavailable, or if you're not online when our team replies, we'll send a copy of your conversation to the email address used to log into your Leonardo.Ai account. Feel free to respond using the Intercom widget or reply via email.
Alternatively, feel free to drop us an email anytime at support@leonardo.ai. Our friendly support teams are all ears and ready to help with any questions, feedback, or concerns you might have.
The more details you share in your message, the better we can assist you and the quicker we can get you up and running again!
Feature Requests
We love hearing new ideas and welcome input on your feature request and use case. Click the Intercom support widget, click the Share your Feedback [option (C) above], and you’ll be directed to a form where you can share feedback or request a feature.
