What are Feedback Criteria?
Often times customers have their teams practice the skills necessary to be successful in their role (sales or customer service) in Lessonly. In these roles, there are skill sets a sales or customer service training manager works with their reps to achieve.
The Feedback Criteria report shows all feedback provided for any practice submissions.
Where is the Feedback Criteria Report?
On Insights > for admins and users with people permissions > select Learner Impact. Two modules show:
Top five feedback criteria with the highest average ratings across the company.
Lowest five feedback criteria with the lowest average ratings across the company.
On the left-hand side, a downloadable report shows all of the ratings in the last 90 days. This report includes the users who received the ratings and the date the ratings were given.
