Often times customers have their teams practice the skills necessary to be successful in their role (sales or customer service) in Seismic Learning. In these roles, there are skill sets a sales or customer service training manager works with their reps to achieve.

The Feedback Criteria report shows all feedback provided for any practice submissions.

On Insights > for admins and users with people permissions > select Learner Impact. Two modules show:

On the left-hand side, a downloadable report shows all of the ratings in the last 90 days. This report includes the users who received the ratings and the date the ratings were given. 

For each criterion the grader for the practice scenario can mark the following icons:
