About My Skills

Every Skills user has a My Skills page on which their professional development is tracked and recorded. My Skills is a to-do list on which pending tasks are recorded. It's also a transcript that displays levels of skill attainment, and any coaching plans or assessments a learner has completed.

Both learner and manager can use this page to measure progress over time: to identify performance areas in which a learner is thriving, and areas that require improvement.

Skill Levels

This table shows the skills that define a learner's role and the average scores he or she has earned from past assessments. Select a skill to disaggregate it, i.e., to examine individual assessments. You can filter data by weeks, months, or quarters.

To learn how skill levels are calculated, read this article .

Coaching Plans

Here learners can review and take action on the coaching plans they've been assigned. They can also see past coaching plans they've completed. If learners have yet to complete a plan the following message displays: "You have not been assessed on any skills yet! Please check back later for any new assessments."

Assessments

In this pane learners can see the results of skill assessments, the ratings they earned and any comments left by their evaluators. If learners have yet to be assessed the following message displays: "You have not been assessed on any skills yet! Please check back later for any new assessments."
